How to Adjust Torsion Spring of Panel Garage door
1. Install the left rope sheave, the middle reel bracket, the fixed flange, the torsion spring of the panel Garage door, the adjustment flange, and the right rope sheave onto the reel in sequence, and then insert the reel into the hole of the side bracket to adjust the margin on both sides (the torsion spring has assembled the fixed flange and the adjustment flange before leaving the factory).
2. Fix the center scroll bracket to the wall so that the center height of the center bracket and the edge bracket are consistent.
3. Connect one end of the torsion spring of the panel garage door to the fixed flange and center bracket using an M8 bolt set.
4. Use the special tool adjusting lever to adjust the number of turns of the torsion spring of the panel Garage door.
5. After adjusting to the appropriate number of turns, place the adjusting rod against the wall to prevent the torsion spring of the flap Garage door from rebounding and loosening.
6. Adjusting the rope pulley: Cover the bottom of the steel wire rope with the bottom pulley bracket, and lock it with two steel wire rope buckles. The steel wire rope should be on the inside of all rollers from top to bottom. Pre store two circles on the rope pulley and tie a knot through the hole in the rope pulley.
7. Calculate the circumference of the rope pulley based on the height of the doorway and the effective diameter of the rope pulley, calculate the number of running circles of the rope pulley, and add 1.5-2 circles to the calculation results. After the steel wire is tightened, tighten the top wire of the rope pulley.
8. Repeatedly lift the door up and down with your hand, and observe whether the door body moves flexibly up and down. When lifting or pulling down the door body, release the hand to stop, and the lifting force during manual operation should not exceed 120N, indicating that the torsion spring has been adjusted.
